Forgetting The Future & Small Town Syndrome

Forgetting The Future.

Noisemakers, Forgetting The Future (FTF) are riding high with their raging success throughout the UK and the US. FTF is the creation of Scottish lads Robbie McNicol, Connor Wilson, Max Paul, and Jamie Mackay from small-town Thurso, in the north of Scotland. With the release of their debut album ‘Broken Phones & Hormones’ which encapsulates the classic rock sound of FTF, the guys are ready to take on 2022!

March 18th saw the release of 2022 banger ‘Small Town Syndrome’. A perfect blend of grunge and indie, the single features heavy drum patterns and gives space for the McNicols vocals to set the tone, sensual, ambitious and overall trailblazing. With a touch of bass and the whole track is just giving! Describing the high and lows of small-town life, these guys know it best, the single gives personality to each character who may be living in the town around them.

As the song progresses, the indie-rock sound comes to life with that guitar. FTF has the knack for creating a unique identity to each section, whether chorus or verse. If you haven't already left this page to go listen, thank you!

Now, assuming that my words are making you fall in love with Forgetting The Future which they should be, then I have all the dates that you can see them live in 2022!
