Our girl Roisin is running her own show and has quickly been recognised for her talent in songwriting and performing. Taking the opportunity of a global pandemic to hone her craft and bring us the uplifting single ‘US’. Taking a strong stance on the positive aspects of lockdown (who knew there was any?) Roisin tells us all that you are strong enough. Shining an imperative light on the bond between friends and family.
‘ You can be the light to shine on who we are’ A lyric which has caught my attention on more than one occasion. This woman is empowering us to be the light within our lives and the lives of those we love. When the world is quite literally falling apart, we must have the confidence within ourselves to be who we are. (Self love Queen).
Time to discuss the uncanny resemblance to our goddess, Taylor Swift. Country/pop artist is the perfect fit for our Rosey Roisin (follow her insta @rosey_roisin) with that smooth, heartstring twinging voice. Keeping the accompaniment simple, Roisin lets her perfectly imperfect vocals shine through.
